Russia: sanzioni contro 45 banche, inclusa Citibank

Mercoledì 26 ottobre il presidente russo, Vladimir Putin, ha annunciato l’aggiunta di 45 banche, tra cui Citibank e Raiffeisenbank, alla lista delle sanzioni. Le restrizioni dureranno fino al 31 dicembre del 2022.
